  •  If everyone else blogs about hacking Canon point and shoot cameras would you? Yes, yes I would. And its amazing, I have converted my dualie A460’s into super cameras. My favorite features? RAW support, Histogram and scripting. Scripts include an intervalometer (think KAP!), motion detection that is reported to detect lighting and a stereo camera utility that helps sync up both cameras using a Frankenstein USB cable.   • Steven Frishling keeps us up to date again regarding flying on his weblog ‘Flying with Fish’. Steven talks about the new TSA ‘Self Select’ security lanes. Link: Flying with Fish
  • Matt Soave shares an article with DPS called ‘Perfect Sunset Composition’ and outlines his technique to calculate where the sun (or moon) will be and when. With this information Matt calculated on what day the sun will be setting while being perfectly lined up under a long pier.
