Recycled Replica Tintype Plates Etched with Artistic Designs
We've got a bit of old tintype material (aluminum trophy plate) sitting around and decided to re-use them for these laser etched art plates. Note that these plates are recycled! No two will be identically the same and your plate may look different from the photo. When a tintype doesn't turn out right we scrub the emulsion off and toss it in a box, we never use the same plate twice. They may be scratched and discolored in some spots but we won't use plates unless the design will be completely visible.
